Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been working (and working) in my garden to lift my cooking to the next level. My dream is to be self-sufficient – apart from our meat and fish supply – in the next three years. The fruit (old apple varieties, elderberries), vegetables (asparagus, peas) and herbs coming from my organic garden are already enhancing your menu but I’ve got some fine surprises up my sleeve.
