Our lunch is an introductory menu with 2 starters, a main course and one dessert. This is also the menu with the least dishes in our selection. Brilliant in its simplicity.


In addition to being the hostess, Shannah is also the restaurant's sommelier. She pairs the right wines, mainly sourced in Europe, to suit Willem's unpredictable cuisine. In her quest for quality vintages, she selects both newly-established wine domains and classic chateaux.

In addition, Shannah specialises in a beer selection focused on small brewers from the region. If you ask Shannah for a non-alcoholic juice, don't be surprised if you find the treasures of Willem's (herb) garden in your glass.
